When creating PHANTASM Sculpting Cream Mike Smith (@modernmantv) had the vision to create a strong holding cream product that used a sugar based fixative, washed out easily with water, and added tons of nutrients (Keratin especially) to the hair. For the Nevermore Collaboration Mike pushed me outside of my comfort zone. For Phantasm I pushed him outside of his comfort zone. I wanted to challenge Mike to formulate the prototype for this product. What he created was far beyond my expectations. When he brought it to the Lockhart’s Lab there were only a few tweaks that were needed to really make this a one of a kind product and scale it appropriately. If you want strong, flexible hold that’s water soluble and leave your hair healthier after washing it out than it was before, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.
Of course we had to keep on our team who helped us create the mighty NEVERMORE so we recruited, once again, Jacob Steininger of Star7Creative who provided the artwork and Tony Nguyen of White Label Grooming who provided the mysteriously dark and invigorating fragrance that is the PHANTASM fragrance.
Work small amounts of product into the hair at a time. Damp hair is recommended.The more product you add the stronger it will become. Apply two dime sized scoops to hair from back to front, ensuring even coverage. Comb from front to back for even coverage and style accordingly.
