How It Works
1. Test the product lightly (that means a small dime-sized scoop for pomades or a spray or two for fragrances).
2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the product isn’t for you.
3. Return the original product to our warehouse with any included box packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Tell us what replacement product you would like in a note with your return.
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement product.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Multiple exchanges from the same order or repeated exchanges across multiple orders are not eligible.

Our Strong Wax lives up to it’s name. It’s waxy, and it’s strong! We formulated this product with the intent of having an easy to scoop, spread, and apply wax type product. Waxes are made to give you raw hold and strength, and like everything that we make a Flagship, expect this to be have the same legendary high hold and resilience with more nuance and comfort than its market counterparts.
