To keep this program available for everyone, we reserve the right to limit or deny exchanges that appear excessive or inconsistent with the spirit of the guarantee.
How It Works
1. Test the product lightly (that means a small dime-sized scoop for pomades or a spray or two for fragrances).
2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the product isn’t for you.
3. Return the original product to our warehouse with any included box packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Tell us what replacement product you would like in a note with your return.
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement product.
Terms:
- Products must be returned nearly unused.
- One complimentary product exchange per customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Multiple exchanges from the same order or repeated exchanges across multiple orders are not eligible.
- Products purchased as part of bundles, promotional offers, or free gifts may not be eligible for exchange.

- Purchases made through Amazon, retailers, or other third-party sellers must be handled through the original point of sale.
- Lockhart's Authentic reserves the right to refuse exchanges, limit future exchanges, or suspend participation in this program in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, reseller activity, or any attempt to circumvent the intent of this guarantee.

Our Hair Styling Cream provides the most user-friendly product in our line up. Not just easy to scoop and spread, styling is intuitive and made to be a true daily driver.

- The Hair Styling Cream formula takes a hydrating and moisturizing product and couples that with matte finish and ease of application and styling. It is formulated to be smoother and more elegant while providing a fuller, thicker appearance to your hair.
- This product works for any hair type, but is especially amazing for those with thinner, finer hair who are looking for a product that can be set and forgotten. Easily restylable, giving you confidence in your style all day long.
- Used for a blend of clean and textured styles.
- On longer hair, expect control that can vary based on usage. Use more and you’ll get cleaner styling that will stay matte and ‘lock-in’ without being being uncomfortable. Use less and you’ll enjoy lighter texture and control with a matte finish. Shorter styles can expect similar results.

Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but they’ll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove.
