3. Return the original fragrance to our warehouse with any included box packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement scent.

- Fragrances must be returned nearly unused, with only one or two test sprays missing.
- One complimentary fragrance exchange per customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

- Purchases made through Amazon, retailers, or other third-party sellers must be handled through the original point of sale.

Water-based products wash out easily with just water, give a lighter feel, and typically provide a cleaner, more natural finish. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
