2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the scent isnβt for you.
3. Return the original fragrance to our warehouse with any included box packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, weβll ship your replacement scent.

- Fragrances must be returned nearly unused, with only one or two test sprays missing.
- One complimentary fragrance exchange per customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
