• All orders placed before 2:00 Eastern Time are shipped SAME DAY! Transit times vary but typically shipments arrive to U.S. addresses 2-3 days after ordering.
• Orders ship Mon - Fri. If you order on a major holiday your order will ship next business day.

I want to return my item(s), what do I do next?

• You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase (except on apparel items, see below). Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
