What's the difference between an oil based and a water based hair product?
Water-based products wash out easily with just water, give a lighter feel, and typically provide a cleaner, more natural finish. Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but theyβll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
